A yearly, somber snowmobile ride to the site of the wreckage of the B-52
Bomber that Crashed into Elephant Mountain in January 1963 during a training
flight.

Winter Snowfest on Moosehead Lake. Fun filled week kicks off Friday night with
a Chili and Chowder Fest, snowmobile radar runs, games and activities for the
entire family with trophies, snowmobile parade, evening bonfire and fireworks
on Saturday followed by a pancake breakfast on Sunday.
